Step 3: Recommendations for Moving Forward

Description: After agreeing to the recommendations presented by National Transportation Consultants, we’ll draft paperwork and make everything official.

Purpose: Establish key dates, obtain contact information of those involved with the project, and schedule a kickoff call to begin the process.

Expected Result: You’ll have a clear understanding of the items that put you at risk, so we are able to eliminate that risk together. We’ll work with you to create a timeline for the start of your engagement.

Step 4: Implementation

Description: Agreements have been signed, dates have been established, and now it’s time to facilitate the start of your engagement.

Purpose: Deliver on the strategy agreed upon between National Transportation Consultants and you, the client. Here’s where the rubber meets the road — no pun intended. As a team, we work towards delivering on the services agreed upon.
